Food & Beverages:

- No outside soft drinks or mineral water can be brought onto or consumed on our licensed premises. No exceptions of any kind are made in this regard.

- Only alcoholic drinks are permitted to be brought from outside the hotel while the guest will have to sign our disclaimer form. The hotel has the right to reject these drinks should they by any means be conflicting with its policies.

- The guest has the right to provide certain kinds of food from the outside (Turkeys, Lambs ... etc) upon agreement with the hotel and settling all the required fees for this process.

Payment Terms:

-  A down payment of LE 5000 must be paid upon confirmation.

-  Upon receiving the down payment, a contract must be written and signed by both our esteemed guest and the hotel's representative.

-  One month prior to the wedding date, 50% of total invoice is due to be paid.

-  One week prior to the wedding date, the remainder of your payment must be settled.

-  Any extra costs rather than that already included in the package will be added to the Bride and Grooms room account.

-  Refunded amount must be only made using the original receipt and only the person who signed the receipt(s) is the one allowed to receive the refund.

-  Guest is entitled to receive the refunded payment 7 days after the hotel collects the original receipt(s).

-  All Food and Beverages charging served by the hotel, will be paid by Sheraton Cairo receipts, while the entertainment and decoration fees will be paid by the entertainment agency's receipts.

 Policies and procedures:

-              The venue reserves the right to cancel your function if these terms and payment terms are not fully met.

-              Events can only be paid via valid Credit card or Cash basis.

-              Hotel's Check out 11.00 am.

-              Sheraton Cairo Hotel reserves the right to alter pricing without prior notification.

-              The Bride and Groom are responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests while at Sheraton Cairo Hotel. Inappropriate behavior may result in your event being stopped early or cancelled.

-              We have a 7 days lost and found policy which means we can only keep an item found for that amount of time. It is the guest responsibility to check for all personal belongings at the hotel before departure, Any items found will be listed at reception and can be collected within that time frame or will have to be sent to the customer at there expense . Any items sent postage must be paid before in advance.

-              No entertainment or decoration is allowed to be brought to the hotel from outside, yet in case of exception an insurance of LE 5000 must be paid by guest to cover any damages that may occur while the outside vendors are carrying out their job.

 Refunds and cancellation terms:

-              In the event of cancellation the hotel must be informed at least 90 days prior to the wedding date.

-              In case of cancellation we regret that the first deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

-              Should Cancellation be made at least 1 calendar month prior to the function: Full payment (starting from the second deposit) will be refunded unless specified otherwise
